Description: Small White Plains law firm is looking for an undergraduate student with interest in the law, to work part time (approx. 10hrs/week). 
Duties include:
- Filing legal documents with the Court
- Occasional accompanying of attorney to Court
- Retrieving legal documents
- Correspondence with other attorneys,
- Coordinating and scheduling real estate closings
- Obtaining bank checks for closings
- Preparing closing statements.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates activities necessary to ensure the fulfillment of contracts and related components.

- Ensures that there is a clear understanding and clear communication between departments regarding the scope, terms and conditions of product purchases, support and implementation. 
- Provides contract support to operations in the US, Europe and Asia.

Position: Marketing Internship
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates activities necessary to ensure the fulfillment of tactical marketing efforts.
- Assist the team as needed in preparations for events, customer meetings, etc.
- Coordinates in creating, implementing programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products including brochures, company or product fact sheets, whitepapers, website content, etc.
- Will work closely with the Product Marketing teams to ensure all content is external audience ready and meets all corporate style and formatting guidelines.

Position: Inside Sales Internship
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates activities for the Inside Sales team.
- Assist in generating a number of new qualified buy cycle opportunities for a specified area or domain, promotes the sales of ArisGlobal products through direct solicitation via telephone/meetings/webinars and/or email.
- Assist in prospecting, territory development and generating qualified leads.
- Assist in collaborating territory and target account research, telephone cold calling, and campaign follow-up on activities developed to strengthen the pipeline forecasts for new business potential.
