Quesnay is looking to incorporate a strategic Project Leader, a couple of Senior Consultants as part of the Innovation team responsible for new products and services based in Jersey City, NJ.

1. Project Leader

The Project Leader will lead the project with the client from strategy definition through to actual launch to bring significant improvements for customers including generating new revenue.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

- Develop detailed project plans that tie back to strategy

- Manage projects internally and with clients to ensure timely execution of cross functional team deliverables

- Lead weekly and monthly meetings with client, client vendors and other participants in the project

- Problem resolution - identify and resolve issues in a timely fashion

- Anticipate required project plan changes and manage timelines to meet client’s needs

Execution

- Lead the execution of the solution, integrating internal and external resources

- Prepare evolution plan& recommendations to improve solutions on a go forward experience

Client Management

- Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations and client’s vendors.

- Anticipate needs and evaluate alternative solutions.

- Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objective

- Must resolve the conflicting interests of the client, client’s internal teams as well as their vendors, and other parties participating with the project.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- BA or BS degree. MBA strongly preferred

- At least 5 years experience as a Project or Product Manager

- Excellent PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel skills

- Experience in mobile/Telecom

- Results driven: Prior experience launching products & services with tangible results

- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget with internal and external resources

- Demonstrated experience in leading multiple projects at the same time and ones that are strategic in nature

- Must be team player with strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills

- Must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills along with the ability to multi-task and work independently.

2. Senior Consultant, Credit Card Industry

The Senior Consultant will support innovation proposals to bring significant improvements for customers including generating new revenue.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research and market analysis

- Developing supportable strategies

- Making product and partnership recommendations based on the analysis and strategy to drive real results

- Evaluating companies & solutions from both a product as well as business perspective

- Client-facing presentations of recommendations and analysis

- Business case development & P/L analysis

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 3-5 years experience as a Senior Consultant and/or corporate development- specifically in Credit Card Industry, with experience on Marketing Strategy, Business Planning and Finance

- BA or BS degree. MBA required

- Strong research skills- ability to seek out the information needed to support recommendations

- Strong analytical skills including both product and business evaluations; reporting experience a plus

- Strong written and verbal communication& presentation skills

- Ability to both understand the big picture and drive execution and change

- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work on projects independently and drive results

- Preferred degree in economics, statistics or finance

- Demonstrated ability to work in a small team setting and “wear multiple hats”
