Training Program is an integral part of our business. The program exposes you
to all facets of our business: sales, marketing, manufacturing, engineering,
purchasing, and accounting. You

Pleatco, located in Glen Cove, New York, is a manufacturer
of products used in the pool and spa industry. The business was founded in 1970
and was purchased by the current owner in 2006. Since that time, Pleatco’s growth has been substantial. In 2011, Pleatco significantly
expanded its product range and opened a new manufacturing facility in Mexicali,
Mexico. We have modernized both of
our plants with the finest equipment in the world and have installed the most
modern systems to help us manage our business. However, none of this works without a highly skilled and
dedicated work force.
In the past three years, Pleatco has hired 9 recent college
graduates. We’re looking for additional talented and motivated individuals to
