JP Morgan's Junior Analyst Investment Banking Program

The day before the event will begin, you will receive an email with a link to log in to view the panel at 5pm on Wednesday November 18th. The panel will be broadcast live and will consist of 2 hiring Managers, 2 successful Junior Analyst conversions, and the Junior Analyst Program Manager who will be moderating the event. 


The format of the event will be as follows:
  • Welcome remarks & introductions (START :00-:05 minutes)
  • Managers/JA converts discuss impact of JA program, day-to-day responsibilities, background, challenges, etc. (:05-:25 minutes)
  • Q&A with candidate participants via chat function (:25-:55 minutes)
  • Closing remarks and Recruiter Tips (:55-1:00 minutes)

What we Offer: In this one year analyst immersion program, you’ll develop core investment banking skills in order to meet new challenges and drive clients’ business. Working in an Investment Banking product or industry group, you’ll obtain direct exposure on deals and transactions while interacting with clients and teams globally. The Junior Analyst program is geared towards candidates with traditional and non-traditional Investment Banking backgrounds and provides great opportunities for those looking to jump start their career in Investment Banking.

On the Job Experience: Whether in a product or industry group, Junior Analysts will play a critical role in helping to execute complex transactions while developing creative solutions to some of the most complicated business problems. You’ll support major deals and transactions by running financial analysis valuation and models, conducting research, and helping with pitches.

Training: Junior Analysts will attend a 3 week training program designed to cover the fundamentals of accounting and financial statement analysis with modeling and corporate valuation. Junior Analysts will also receive intensive and rich on-the-job training from their group and team members.
