PRODUCTS INTERNSHIP
OVERVIEW:
This internship is designed to
offer undergraduate and/or graduate students majoring in Finance, Computer
Science, or related field the opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience,
while getting paid. They offer full-time (40 hours) over the summer and 20
hours during the spring/fall semester. It is a paid internship located in White
Plains, NY – they are across the street from the White Plains train station and
easily accessible by Metro North.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry & maintaining spreadsheets
- Review reports for accuracy and consistency
- Plan and organize own work and keeps others informed of status and activities
- Administrative tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a junior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or1st year in Master’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Self-motivated and responsible for the quality of his/her work
- Strong goal orientation and work ethics
- Detail oriented
- Interest to gain knowledge and relevant work experience in Financial Industry
- Interest in learning SQL
- Microsoft Office

Argus is also searching for an HR intern! The HR Internship is a
dynamic opportunity to gain experience supporting the organization's Human
Resources Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in recruitment effort
- Schedule phone screens, on site interviews, and on campus recruiting
- Post ads on various boards and schools
- Arrange transportation for applicants, if applicable
- Maintain and update applicant tracking software
- Maintain EEO log
- Conduct background checks
- Maintain and update vacation spreadsheet
- Maintain and update HRA spreadsheet
- Prepare new hire packets
- Assist with other various HR projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a junior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR or related field
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Highly intelligent, energetic, and a tremendous work ethic
- Prior office work experience is a plus
