As a candidate for our future executives at McAdam Financial Group, a leading distributor of ING Financial Partners, you will begin your career in developing the skills and competencies associated with becoming a top leader in retail financial distribution.

You will begin your career at the ground floor learning the basic functionality of what it takes to be a successful Wealth Manager. During this period of time you will also be given the opportunity to attend Leadership Development training, Executive Job Shadow, and Skip Level Mentorship with the top executives at McAdam Financial Group. An entry level future leader at our organization earns between $75,000 and $100,000 per year.

After completing your first year as a top performing Wealth Manager you will then have the opportunity to move into our Advisor Coach role. In this role you will be responsible for training, developing, and recruiting new Wealth Managers into our high-performance system. Our typical Advisor Coaches earn an additional $50,000-$75,000 on top of their existing income.

After demonstrating a successful track record of developing Wealth Managers you will then be given the opportunity to serve as a District Manager in one of our six locations across the country. In this role you will be responsible for developing Advisor Coaches, mentoring successful Financial Advisors, conducting sales and product training, in addition to serving a compliance function within the organization. Our typical District Managers earn between $100,000 and $175,000 per year.

After successful track record of skills and competencies you will be given the opportunity to earn a spot as one of our elite Field Vice Presidents. In this role you will be responsible for all facets of the business including: growth and development of leadership, revenue forecasting, budget management, operations and compliance, and all day to day operations of your territory. Our typical income for our Field Vice Presidents is $150,000+
