Primary job function is to answer phones and greet and direct visitors. Duties may include: performing routine clerical tasks; routine data entry or word processing assignments; distributing incoming mail; operating basic office equipment.
Basic qualifications:
6+ months experience with meeting deadlines.

- Ability to communicate effectively both in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Demonstrated skills in using Microsoft office products.
- Good customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize daily tasks.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy corporate office environment.
- Ability to answer multiple phone lines and forward calls appropriately; schedule meetings; open mail; send and receive faxes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills
- Financial services experience preferred
- Experience with a multi-line phone system preferred
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, financial planning and research responsibilities; partnering with Financial Advisors to provide client service.
