1. Position: Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales through delivering an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor, upholding merchandising standards and maintenance of the store on a daily basis. The Sales Associate is also responsible for assisting customer in the fitting rooms and checking customer out at the cash desk. The Sales Associate is critical in ensuring the customer’s needs are met and surpassed in friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

- Greets and acknowledges all customers in a friendly manner.  

- Determines customer’s needs.

- Suggests appropriate product to customers.

- Escorts customers in the fitting room and recommends additional items.

- Maintains store presentation standards.

- Replenishes the store as needed.

- Checks out customers at the cash register.

- Helps to maintain a clean backroom and employee area.

- Practices loss prevention awareness.

- Assists with the mark down process.

- Upholds brand standards.

Requirements:

- Friendly and positive attitude.

- Interest in fashion and retail sales.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to approach and engage in conversation with customers.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

2. Position:  Stock Associate

The Stock Associate helps drive top line sales and profitability by ensuring inventory management systems and processes are followed and executed to maintain an organized and efficient stockroom area and well replenished sales floor. The Stock Associate works in partnership with the Store Manager, Assistant Manager/Department Lead and Assistant Manager - Visual to prioritize weekly shipment and ensure it is received within set standards and guidelines as well as executes daily replenishment opportunity. The Stock Associate is essential to help drive top line sales as well as maximizing gross margin potential.

Responsibilities:

- Timely and accurate receiving/processing of product deliveries.

- Ensures stock room is neat, clean and organized at all times.

-Assists in placing product on the sales floor.

- Understands and complies with all policy and procedures.

Requirements:

- Positive attitude and a passion for retail.

- Demonstrate a passion for customer service and lead a positive work environment.

- A strong work ethic and ownership.

Other Skills & Abilities:

- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

- Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending standing, twisting, stopping, squatting and climbing up and down ladders.

- Effectively communicate with customers and store associates.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including early morning, weekend and night shifts.
